After their existing service provider went into administration, we were contacted by this client to provide a quotation to reinstate a café chiller that had a faulty compressor. The system had been down for a few weeks as they were unable to find an alternative contractor. We submitted the quote, received authorisation same day and completed the repair on the next working day.
Impressed with the speed of response and repair, they appointed us as preferred contractor for all refrigeration and air conditioning faults at their 20 clubs throughout the north of England.
More recently we have worked with them to implement a preventative maintenance programme to reduce the volume of reactive breakdowns and unexpected downtime of refrigeration equipment.
