The Progression of Bluebird Refrigeration & Air Conditioning:
December 2011 – Bluebird Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd was formed by Mark Reardon and Karen Kelly.
Mark and Karen were both employed by Peak Refrigeration of Wigan for over 20 years and had been made
redundant when the company went into administration in 2012.
- January 2012 opened an office in shared building in Billinge, Wigan
- July 2012 operated the business from home
- August 2013 relocated to an office in Peel House, a shared building in Skelmersdale
- August 2013 recruited our first engineer
- December 2013 recruited our first administrator
- June 2014 relocated to a combined office and warehouse unit in Peel House
- June 2015 extended into adjacent office and warehouse unit in Peel House
- June 2019 employing 20 staff including 14 engineering and 6 administration
