Mark is time-served refrigeration and air conditioning engineer with over 30 years field experience in all types of refrigeration and air conditioning. His experience involves a wide variety of sites and applications from a small integral fridge in a bar or a corner shop to large supermarket refrigeration and factory process refrigeration. Mark is an person who thrives on finding and implementing solutions to problems. His flexible, friendly approach to clients and colleagues has earned him respect in the industry and led to continual growth in his role at Peak Refrigeration. This experience and work ethic has contributed to the success of Bluebird Refrigeration to date.

Karen is an experienced administrator. Her experience involves all aspects of administration including call-centre management, book-keeping and accounting, reporting and data analysis, IT and communication systems, fleet management. Karen is an person who enjoys problem solving. Her ability to interpret and present information, prioritise and manage workloads, propose and implement systems to improve quality of service was rewarded with career progression within Peak Refrigeration Her understanding of customer service in the refrigeration industry has contributed to the success of Bluebird Refrigeration to date.
